We work with your architect (or ours, if you don't already have one) to turn a concept into construction-ready plans, then walk you through itemised costings before anything is locked in — so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before ground gets broken.
Both — we're happy to work with an architect you've already engaged, and can also point you toward people we trust if you're starting from scratch.
Construction, project management, and consent handling are all part of the core service. Things like landscaping or custom joinery beyond the original brief are usually quoted separately, and we'll always flag that clearly before any work begins.
